Immortal Dodos Owned!
Hidiho! Got the introduction to my paper done... one week in advance :( (note to self: read the syllabus and don't take some french guys word for it). Studying for the chinese test is under way and the clock is ticking (ET to exam 15 hours). But what i really wanted to write about was the basketball!
Today was the season opener for our team: TEAM IMMORTAL DODOS. We had a good starting line-up but were missing 1 crucial player (Joe). We played two lines, rolling subs, international rules (4 quarters of ten minutes a piece). The point breakdown is as follows.1st quarter: Up by 10-5
2nd quarter: Even at 15-15
3rd quarter: Up by 23-22
4th quarter: Win 39-33
I don't mean to brag but i played 6mins in the first quarter and 6mins in the fourth (The ones we took the big lead on :D) registering 2 baskets, 3 fouls and 5 assists. Also got me some good blocks! We played a really good game and the victory was well deserved despite a very biased taiwanese ref :( This however worked to our advantage as now all the other teams are scared of us (insert evil laugh here)!
As for the team uniforms, they are ordered now and should arrive next week so you cn see a team photo then (They are awesome by the way)! For now you will have to make do with the shots i included :(Now i have to study for my chinese test! Take care and keep 'em comments coming :D

Grattis till vinsten. Ni ser ut som jättar i jämförelse med de små taiwaneserna på den sista bilden :)
Well done!(I mean on the paper that got in ahead of time - I don't think I have ever achieved that ;D)
Of course the basketball achievement was great also but I believe the paper required more effort - n'est pas?
Can't wait to see the team photo AND the photo of the new haircut!!
